A true legend in our range is the Chemex CM-3A Pour Over 3 coffee maker, which was created specifically for drip coffee by Peter Schlumbohm in 1941. The original Chemex coffee maker is still manufactured by the Chemex Corporation in Chicopee, Massachusetts (USA).
At first glance, the Chemex looks like a water carafe, but it is made of borosilicate glass and has a drawstring in the middle that is held in place by a leather strap.

For the perfect coffee experience, we recommend that you use the Chemex white paper filter that is also available in our range, which is especially optimal for 1-3 cups of filter coffee.
