HERZ NEW YORK COFFEE ROASTERS only deliver coffee capsules and accessories to Hungary. HERZ aims to deliver orders placed and processed by noon on weekdays, that is, until 12 o'clock, within 24 hours of receipt of the order or on the next working day. HERZ is not responsible for delivering the goods within the above deadline.

The cost of shipping is borne by the customer, which is: 2035 HUF for home delivery with bank card payment, and 2435 HUF for cash on delivery.

The shipping cost includes 27% VAT, which will be invoiced together with the purchase price.

The recipient of the goods is responsible for ensuring the receipt of the goods, even through a representative. For accurate delivery, we recommend providing a workplace address when ordering. The recipient or their representative must check the quantities stated on the invoice upon receiving the goods. In case of discrepancies, shortages, or damage to the goods, the recipient or their representative and the carrier must draw up a report and immediately notify HERZ. After verifying the contents of the report, HERZ will inform the customer of the outcome within 2 working days.

In case of non-delivery of the ordered and paid goods by bank card, HERZ will deliver the goods at its own expense. If HERZ is unable to deliver the same goods, it will refund the amount to the customer's bank account within 5 working days.

HERZ manufactures and keeps a sufficient quantity of goods in stock to ensure timely delivery of ordered goods. It may happen that HERZ temporarily cannot fulfill orders for certain coffee capsules or accessories, in which case the goods will be delivered to the customer in partial shipments at no additional cost.

In such cases, HERZ is entitled to fulfill orders with partial shipments or complete the order at a later date, informing the customer accordingly.

If HERZ is unable to deliver the goods within 5 days following payment, the amount paid for the ordered goods will be refunded to the customer's bank account within 3 days.

RETURN OF GOODS

The customer may withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 8 working days from receiving the goods, in accordance with the regulations of Government Decree 17/1999. (II.5.) on distance contracts. In this case, HERZ will refund the amount paid for the ordered goods and the shipping cost to the customer within 30 days. The customer bears the cost of returning the ordered goods.
