Few of us know what they could do, who our ancestors were in the fifth century. The Serpas family has an easy job, because already the fifth generation deals with coffee on their farms in El Salvador, and how well they do it! Because here, between the steep volcanoes and above 1,600 meters, a microclimate has developed where it would be almost a crime not to grow coffee. It is an ideal environment, where the heat of the day alternates with the cold, foggy night temperatures, and where the coffee grows together with the other native plants, in the shade of the taller trees, so you don't need to prune them, you can just let them grow to their natural height. It is no coincidence that part of the family's property is operated as a nature park so that it can remain that way forever.
Plantation and Processing
Appropriately, this item also came to us after careful selection, picking by hand and drying on the terrace, so that we can roast it with respect to the best of our ability.
